On the Manual Order Entry page it would be great if the focus could be returned to the text box below "Add items to this order..." (i.e. the cursor should return to the box) after clicking on the "Add SKUs" button.  Also the list of books should be in the same order as they're entered.  That would make it easy to check that you entered the correct SKU and let you immediately type in the next SKU.

When I put in the SKUs, I like to enter them one at a time. I then check each by verifying the correct title comes up.  But after a few entries, there's no telling where the next entry will show on the list.  And I have to grab the mouse between entries, scroll down, and click on the text box before I can type in the next SKU.
