Bibleman  I am desperate to learn the same information myself.  
 
I may be all wet, but this is all I know, from hours and hours of studying both AOB and eBay Help Pages.   This is gleaned from the eBay activity page.
 
 
 I am trying to get my "list til cancelled" listings changed to 30-days-only, but so far I have only found one way to do it, and that is to end the listing.      (That is One of the options when I go to the "other options" box at the right side of the listing info.)      On the ebay activity page is a listing of all  books, with a count-down to ending.   The 30-day listings end, but the "list til cancelled" just roll over.   At 15 cents apiece!    
          The listings can be done again right away, but the fees still apply I gather.    
 
**One of the options at the top of the list is "Change to Fixed Price".    
 
*On the item in the list is a box followed by a little symbol, either a "calendar" looking thing, OR a red store symbol.
 
If I check the calendar listings I get the message: "you can only send Store Inventory Format Listings to Fixed Price."  
 
If the red store symbol box is checked, I get the message:   "These listings cannot be edited because: it is not a Store Inventory Format item."  
 
If you want I'll send an example of what I mean from my listings.

Of course the new listings through AOB single listing page I designate as 30-days-only as I list them, so that problem is solving itself.      
 
 
 
 
 

Am I being so foolish to believe you just need to use the drop down box on the SLP that says:
 
 eBay Attributes
(Note: These won't edit after an item is listed to eBay)
Listing Type: Store or Fixed Price

Greetings Robin, No, I wish it was that easy.    You can list your items individually that way, but AOB defaults to "Store" not "Fixed price" when they upload all your items, so basically it is a problem(at least for me) when they upload(If they even upload at all). Support was extremely helpful and they did fix the things that needed fixing and it seems to be going quite smoothly right now.
