Beginning Tuesday, 1 Dec 2009 ebay orders behavior will change slightly.  Previously, ebay orders marked as checkout incomplete was put in the hold list and checkout complete in the new list.  If an order started life here as incomplete (on the hold list) then changed to complete it was moved to the new list.  We feel this behavior is inappropriate for two reasons: 1) recent changes to how we pull ebay orders made these movements difficult to manage and 2) we no longer feel it beneficial to automatically move orders into or out of your lists without your knowledge as this can cause many problems with your shipping stacks if it happens in the middle of your shipping cycle.  So .. going forward, if an order comes in Complete it will be on your new list and if it comes in as incomplete it will be on the hold list .. and stay there until you move it to the new list after verifying payment and order completion with your business model.
